Each room has a different bathroom and room lay-out.
On full capacity we can accommodate 26 adults & 6 children.
Rate is per room per night. NOT per person.
Rate per room is for 2 guests per room except if specified otherwise.
1x Executive Suite (Honeymoon suite, the room with the WOW factor, come and experience for yourself)
5x Standard Luxury king bed, bedrooms, each with a different room & bathroom lay-out.
2x Standard Double bed, bedrooms, each with a different room & bathroom lay-out.
2x Standard Family bedrooms, each with a different room & bathroom lay-out.
1x Twin bed bedroom, set-up with 2x single beds and a semi-open bathroom lay-out.
1x 2-Bedroom family suite, main bedroom; 1 x king bed, 2nd bedroom 2x single beds.

Summerset Place do not offer:

• Self-catering facilities.
• Holiday resort facilities.

Summerset Place House Policies

🚫 No own alcohol, cooler boxes, music, and parties allowed. Beverages 🧃🥃🍺must be purchased from the bar at Summerset Place

🚫 Unfortunately we do not offer self-catering facilities, no fast foods or own beverages will be allowed in any public areas at Summerset Place (bar, swimming pool, patio, braai area and gardens)

🚫No self-catering or cooking will be permitted.

🤫 Quiet time: 21:00 pm – 09:00am daily

🚭 NO SMOKING of any substance or smoking type and device inside any building, on  patios, in front of rooms and buildings at Summerset Place.  Please use designated smoking areas

🚫NO PETS allowed

🚫NO parties or functions, unless arranged prior with Summerset Place

We are not a holiday resort, therefore do not allow for outside guest or day visitors to visit Summerset Place.
